In an industry where doing things differently poses new and unfamiliar risks, change isn’t easy to pull off. It requires overcoming the fear of letting go and embracing something new.

What are the Change Agent Awards?

ProofPilot’s Change Agent Awards recognize pharma and biotech professionals who have implemented and scaled a new mode of working to improve clinical operations for their organization. We’re looking for change agents who are dedicated to:

• Creating the right incentives
• Upskilling a team or workforce
• Redesigning org structures
• Vetting and/or implementing new technologies
• Scaling a solution set
