Refunds for unused premium templates and financial incentives

If you don’t meet your recruitment goals and end up with a positive balance of premium template payments and financial reward funds on your account, please send an e-mail to crew@proofpilot.com with the amounts you feel are in surplus.

ProofPilot does an audit of all paid transactional fees on the last day of every quarter. Assuming our numbers match yours, we will refund your promotional balance within 60 days of the end of the most recent quarter minus any transaction fees based on your service plan level.
